Swimming Analysis - Freestyle
NCCP Certified Triathlon Coach, Gail Flint offers group instruction in a large or small class based instruction and is also available for 1 on 1 instruction. A one hour one on one lesson gives you access to underwater video later posted on youtube. You will be working on Freestyle swimming at the level you want it. Find balance in the water and swim faster by working less. Once you have your technique, push it to the limit taking your technique to new levels of endurance and speed. Cost is 90.00 for a Private Lesson with video analysis.
Are you looking for coaching from a distance. Sometimes it isn't always easy to get to a Total Immersion Class, so the internet can bring me to you. A Video chat through facetime and your ipad may be all you need. Poolside 1 hour is 90.00 USD., that is you having someone hold your ipad while you swim to capture your swim allow me to give direction and you continue to work and we use it as one on one coaching. You can capture and send some of the video to get a final analysis sent to you tube.
Send in your Video and get Analysis of your swim $50.00 USD. I need a small clip from the Front swimming towards the camera, above or below the water. Then a clip of you swimming from the side, above and below if possible. A small clip of you swimming away from the camera above the water. No more than 1 minute of video send to me and I will get it edited and posted to youtube for you with a commentary of ways to improve your swim. Contact me by email for more information.
